The City has entered into an agreement to start sending important messages by text.  These would include events such as: hydrant flushing or water tower maintenance and other water notifications (main breaks etc.)  Other notices would include days the garbage is changed due to holidays or possible weather related events.  If you would like to sign up for this please send your name and cell number to piersoncityclerk@gmail.com
